I placed an order # 9520 for dog food on https://www.thepetcare.in/ website on 11th May 2023. Till date, I have not received any response despite several attempts thru email and whatsapp chat.

I have not received the product for which i have already paid Rs.7110/- online. After searching for google reviews I came to know that the company is fraud and has cheated several buyers.

I had ordered dog food from the website thepetcare.in on 24th Mar23 and paid 3600 for the same .
for which I had received a reply stating that shipping details will be provided in 48 hrs.
But didn’t receive any update
So I had mailed twice no reply
Even texted on their wats app no.
Wen I didn’t rcv any reply I texted on the
Their website if it was fake
So received mail if was fake person...

I had ordered the dog food vetpro hypoallergenic from THE PETCARE SITE on 24 th MAR 2023.
I had received order confirmation stating shipping details will be rcvd in 48 hrs
But after that no update I mailed twice no reply
Texted on wats app no no updated.
Finally texted on their site was it fake
So I received reply stating was I fake person with dumb head....
