I had bought two XXL shirts from theprivatesales.com on 18/11/11 by paying additional shipping cost. However on receipt i found them to be of bigger size and returned the same by incurring the courier cost also. I asked for a smaller size (XL) of any colour available in formal shirts. Since, they did not have stock they gave me store credit. I agreed and after a week i order once again for a suit by paying amount in additional to available...

Dear Sir,
I had placed an order to a company (The Privatesales.com )doing e-business ( through web site).

I had paid the required amount through pay pal/ my bank debit card.

But te company could not deliver material.

Since 4 months back they did not deliver the material. on my request for refund back of money , they are playing mischief and saying money has been refunded.

Well, my last post/complaint is been deleted as a strategy of "REPUTATION MANAGEMENT"..ISNT IT IRONICAL, after the damages done by themselves to their image, they are now spending money on removing the complaints.... well, once again ,these are some of the real facts about these brothers :

I ordered one T-shirt from www.theprivatesales.com. I was worried whether the site will be genuine or not as it was the first time online I have ordered. But to my pleasant surprise they have delivered my ordered T-shirt on time and the quality was as per my expectation as well.

This will make me trust that website selling products online can be as genuine....
