Tidiyasar Toll Plaza Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
I have been in the queue with just 1 vehicle in front of me at tidiyasar Toll Plaza (jaipur-bikaner highway) which took more than 10 minutes to clear. And the person at the toll plaza were very rude i have all that in video also
As per the SOP or toll plaza rule, the vehicles should be passed without any toll if it is being in queue for more than 10 seconds.
I am requesting quick resolution for this type of scene...

Sir, I was travelling with proper fastag but due to insufficient balance in account I choose to pay cash and got into non fastag line but I was fined double.. why?
I was in non fastag line with cash....
