Rude behavior of driver and conductor

TN 67 0658.Bus number. Bus enters into the bus stand without destination board and starts without destination board. Board is displayed only when bus starts and driver and conductor says they will not stop the bus for the passengers if bus is started.they will stop only in the next bus stop or to come in next bus.how is to possible to board in a bus without destination display. Also they don't stop inside bus stand after displaying board....
