Toll Plaza Towards Kovvur - Bridge Across Godavari River Connecting Diwan Cheruvu To Kovvur Villages Complaints & Reviews

The toll plaza at kovvur is not accepting fastag and forcing all the passengers to pay through cash. Some of them has faced problems as they were not carrying enough cash. The road from divan cheruvu to kovvur is not at all travellable. Please remove the toll plaza for constructing such a bad road or atleast repair the road properly and convert the toll plaza to fastag...

On 18th Sept 2021, I have travelled on bridge across Godavari river connecting Diwan Cheruvu to Kovvur villages in Godavari districts. The Toll Plaza towards Kovvur has not accepted to scan my FASTag & asked to pay only cash. They are not showing any proofs that only cash has to be collected in that toll plaza. The condition of the road on the bridge is really too worst. There is no maintenance at all.
