A travel agency sent me a ticket Mumbai to Dammam of 10 August 2022...Plz let me know is it genuine....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. ORDER NOT PROCESSED - NO RESPONSE TO REMINDERS
i HAD ODERED ASTROLOGY GEMS REPORT AND PAYED 500 RS TO KAMAL KAPPOR.COM SITE THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT GATEWAY ON 4TH OF NOV 2010. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE REPORT WITHIN 10-12 DAYS. I HAD RECEIVED CONFIRMATORY MAIL. SO FAR NEITHER I RECEIVED THE DIGITAL REPORT...
