Although discussed and affirmed over phone call the company is neither refunding money nor cancelling the stated course. Even after first payment, videos were locked and access to them denied. I am almost coerced and compelled to complete the course even though I am sick and unable to take tasks under specific medical condition. Neither the policy is stated nor cancellation of course is going through the process....
