I had applied for redumption of all the units help by me against Folio No.[protected] Investor ID No.[protected] and Folio No.[protected] Investor ID No.[protected] on 20.11.2010 to M/s Karvy Computershare Pvt.Ltd, Bhubaneswar. A sum of Rs.1,32,252.83 was credited to my account on 20.12.2010 while the net worth of all the units against both the folios comes around Rs.170000/- Pl arrange for rectification or furnish the details....

I am 63 year old Retired person.Sofar I have not received any Maturity Intimation nor the Payment of the Said ULIP though it is Maturied on 12 / 01 / 2010. Will the concerned authorities look in to the matter and do the needful...

The above policy has matured in February, 2008. Option form recei ved very late becuase of change in my address. I have already sent the option form duly filled in July, 08 alongwith details of change in address to UTI Mutual Fund (UTI-ULIP) Navi Mumbai. As per their reply, the same details were sent to M/s. Karvy Computer Share, Hyderabad.
