My name is SHALU my employee ID is V5/88951 I left my job on 5th November 2021 but still I have not received my FNF and date of leaving in my pf portal is also not update by organization I was working with Bharti Airtel limited as a CRO on the payroll of V5 Global services private limited my contact number is [protected]

With due respectfully I beg to inform you, that, I’m Siddhartha Gupta, My UAN NO[protected], I was an employee at V5 GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED but I left the Job month of Feb-21, my date of leaving not update in EPF portal,
Sir, I have claimed transfer to EPF Protal, But employer approval is pending, kindly approve my request
