However we have not received the Occupation Certificate issued by Relevant Authority till date. Hi Vatika Team,

My name is Ajay Arora and I have a plot in Sector 83 Plot no. 19, M - 4.1, Vatika India Next, Gurgaon - 122004 .

I received Possession letter in 2016, but it has been 6 years and I have not been advised the date for plot registration. I have tried to contact and sent numerous request to provide me information on when will my Plot be registered but have no answers.

I booked my Emila floor with vatika india next on 1may 2009 they promise that the terrace will be common access to all the residents of the floor and the floor will be completed in 2.5 years and most in 3 years, but after that they sold the terrace to the top floor owner with out informing to other residents.
and there project is also getting delay as they have not taken clearance from other government agencies.

I purchased floor in Vatika India next in Jan 2010 in Phase II and till date no allotment has been done and company promised us that possession will happen by 2011 end. However till date position is that Phase I is no complete at all and Company has not starting working on Second phase of the project.

My Suggestion to other investors is that we should take legal action against the company. Otherwise we will all end up in losing...
