I had purchased SAMSUNG fridge on 9th Sep, 2023 and fridge deliver to me on 10th Sep, 2023. After 4 hours I switched on the fridge as per the direction. I found that inside light of fridge was not working. I communicated to Vijay sales same day and ticket was logged to SAMSUNG. Engineer verified the defect and go away. VijaySales delivery manager Yogesh not picking the phone and I do not have any clue what to do.

Vijaysales is a big fraud. They sell low quality products, don’t provide any service and do not bother with any warranty. They are looting the customers. Don’t trust on vijaysales....

I ordered Apple 20w usb c charger 2 days ago on vijaysales.com via online. They accept order but not delivered yet and no tracking details provided by vijaysales.

My product is still pending to deliver....
