My son have booked a flat in 2011, @Bueleward project construction by Vijayshanthi builders.They have to handed over my flat by Dec2013.But till now they have completed only 50%of the work. Neither they accept for compensetion and not showing much interest in completing the project...

But we want to know whether the lift is working upto 7th floor since our family members are aged persons and they are unable to climb in the step upto 7th floor.
