Dear Sir/ Madame,

A company by name 'Vimal Stock' has been sending SMS on my mobile below without any prior consent. I have already requested them not to send me SMS, but there is no change in the situation. They continuously send SMS, on daily basis. It has become a bid inconvenience for me.

Request you to kinldy look into the matter.

All the investors who have been cheated by Vimal Stocks are requested to file their complaint with SEBI. Investors can file their complaints on SEBI website (http://www.sebi.gov.in/Index.jsp?contentDisp=Section&sec_id=4) or send by email (email address: [protected]@sebi.gov.in).

I am sure SEBI will take necessary action to stop them from cheating other customers....

Vimal stocks is a big bunch of i sent my money & am in touch with jignesh patel the so called con executive & his asst bhavesh. They say it is their company policy not to return money once sent. Neither alerts are coming. I am lodging complaint with bse & crime branch mumbai police to take criminal action under ipc 420 for cheating......

Vimal stocks is fraud company,he give me a tips and i loss 1lakh.very bed service and communactions with me....

I have paid 2000 rs. to vimal stocks ahmedabad branch for their 2 month trading tip serivce on 13th feb.
As on today is 17th feb, company has not activated my service.
Even i am trying to contact them, their customer care exe. ms. vaishali is not ready to give my money back to me.
After receiving payment on their icici bank a/c they didnt send me confirmation mail for...
