Vinayak Packers and Movers has agreed to deliver my luggage in 3000/- rs. He didn't clearly mentioned any charges in the beginning. He picked up all luggage from my home and doing so he sent me invoice of 13000 rs. I was surprised to see and shocked when I looked at invoice.
