1. I ordered smart watch w2 smart watch in online from smart watch watches unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon, haryana. I received product by blue dart courier on 08.03.19. The product is an 'already used one' and is not working properly.

2. Need to return it but there is no online complaint centre number

3. Is any action possible against the firm

I purches form [protected]@smartwristwatch.in and delayer me smart watch, unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon when i recived my faulty product that was waste. I want to return it but they did't replay i want my money back. My order id is sw8979 recive date 26/12/18. Lots of issue of this product...
