I transferred of rs. 65000/- as advance to mr. Abhishek chakraborty (Proprietor suava
Enterprises) for supply of birla white putty of 250 bags as agreed rate. The payment was made
Through electronic transfer in two installments (25000+40000) in december’2018.
As agree he should have initiate the material shipment in next day after getting the advance
Payment. But there was no shipment up to one week after various follow ups.
When i asked to refund the money he was saying that my father died after some days he told that
My mother died. Likewise he is continuously making story for each and every time. Till date he
Did not refund the full amount of money. Rs. 25000/- is still pending with him to transfer.
When i asked about the shipment, he mailed me the invoice copy which was incorrect showing
Wrong taxation information. On the replay mail i wrote about the incorrect information but he
Didn’t replay for the same.
After various follow-up, on 19th feb’2019 he sent a whatsapp image that the payment is
Scheduled on 20th feb’2019. But it was a false schedule payment.

Dear sir/madam,
I am getting continuous harassment call in abusive language on my mother's mobile number from this number ([protected]).
I checked from truecaller this number perhaps belongs to swapan from haltu bazar.
The person is saying that this number belongs to him which is lost and robbed from him.
My mother taken this sim from an authorized dealer and she don't know anything about it. I also failed to make him understand that mobile operators issues same number if the number is inactive.
But this person however fails to understand it and abusing her continuously, please take immediate action to stop this nuisance.

Today 12/01/2019 lorries and quite heavy vehicles were seen plying on the new sampriti setu. Did not find or see any police patrolling on the setu. At least the two entry and exit points needs to be manned which wasn't happening today. Moreover no street lights were working and alit at the jinjira bazar entry point. Requested to take note please. Regards.

I am writing this mail in sheer desperation. The incident happened on dated 18/11/2018 around time 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. I am priyabrata dash was standing near girish park & waiting for my friend who was there before. We had a plane to meet there & than go to howrah station for another friend & than together go to the airport for guwahati. At that time a police pet-rolling van come. Inside the van there was 3 person including driver. One person sitting in front seat & another in back side. The front officer called me near to the van & asked me why i am standing here. I enplaned the resin. Than he want to verify is i am telling the truth, i called my friend & the officer talked him & my friend give him her hotel address where he staying & the officer checked my bus ticket by which i am travelling from odisha to kolkata & than kolkata (Babu ghat) to girish park.. Than the other officer told me that the area is not good & the day before there was a murder. So the officer told me to come in the van so that they drop me to airport while giving me security. They have also informed me that they have instruction to take any outsider to police station. So that i came inside the van thinking that police always help good people. But after i entering into van they started misbehaving me, take my phone & switched off, harassment me. They use abuse word. They travel me around 3 km with them asking me money of rs.22000/- as fine otherwise take me to police station. I am scared with there words & behave. Than they take my money, note down my mob number, my mother number, my bose number & also my friend number. Telling me that they can file a case & told all of them that i was found from red light area. Doing illegal action. While it was wrong. Finally they take rs.4000/- from me out of rs.6500/- & let me go threatening that i do not told anyone about that incident.
I am very much sacred. I feel west bengal police is more corrupt than other police in india. They are just like real criminal. I hope concerned department will take it serious. But in my life for west bengal police i do not go to west bengal again.

Mr. Rajat kumar an s. I./a. S. I. Of serampore police station who has done this. I am dibyendu koley (Advocate) of calcutta high court, was walking along the road and at that time the above named rajat kumar who uses abusuve languages and made some unhelathy gestures against me. When i told him that waht is the problem, then he replied me what he has done he is not feel sorry for that and he would do it again and no body can do nothing to him. Being an advocate is being harrased in this way, so, i am very much scared about the common people. What treatment this type of people like rajat kumar do with them. Being a public servent he is quiet happy to harrass the common public without having a fault of them.. Please take a positive step to stop this mal practice

Indane distributor named nilsikha, 139 d d mondal ghat road, dakshineswar, kolkata - 700076 today supplied us one seal broken underweight lpg cylinder. No weighing meter was with deliveryman, having said that weighing meter is not provided by the distributor. On protest, then deliverymen brought one unsealed uncalibrated digital weighing meter by which it is found that two cylinders are underweight - one seal broken cylinder he gave us first and another one he substituted. While it is found that both the cylinders are underweight then the deliveryman went away. After that as we made a complaint over phone to indane office so the distributor owner came to meet us at our premises. After all these observations we submit a written complaint to the distributor to acknowledge. He said going back to his office he will send the acknowledgement. Saying it all of them went away keeping two cylinders and digital weighing meter with us. It is the serious criminal offence to deceive people by way of supplying underweight lpg cylinders. As they didn't turn up to take the cylinder and weighing meter so we report all these to belghoria p. S., west bengal on today at about 7.00 p. M.

I am writing this mail in sheer desperation. I reside in the akhan bazaar area of chinsurah. The area is covered with multi storey apartments within a narrow street. At the end of june 2016, a local goon named ajay kahar was staring at my window, opposite to which his construction work was going on. I made a simple hand gesture at him to look away at his construction work without saying a word. This hurt his ego, as he was well respected by the locals being a gun welding goon in the past. He took up the matter to a prominent real estate syndicate leader in chinsurah.

As a punishment, the leader ordered the police to show my photo to each and every individual standing on chinsurah-hooghly roads, bus stands and auto rickshaw drivers. The police stated that "he (I) has aids and got fake graduation marksheet and he is disturbed if you spit in front of him. Cough in front of him and he will cough too. If you show your foot he will be bothered." "smile at him and if he asks you, deny of any knowledge." i was totally devastated. Still, i managed to take up a night shift job in salt lake.

On 18th august 2018, at 10 pm, as i was waiting for an e-rickshaw, a group of people from a nearby restaurant started pointing at me and yelled "see the virus is back again. Look there he stands!" so i went up to them and showed my phone camera pretending to record as a defense mechanism to make them stop. Within the next few days, from sealdah route to howrah train route, kolkata roads to people standing outside metro stations, everyone was given the same narrative. The police in their civil dresses carried out this hate campaign.

Everyday on my way to office and back home, i am covered with germy mucous and spits of people. Everyone hates me without even knowing me. I am harrased everyday who spit & laugh at me. Sir all my fundamental rights have been curbed. I am just waiting to be killed by severe infection. I have now got severe germ phobia, agoraphobia, anxiety & opthalmophobia. Depression was always a part of my life due to my target based jobs. I was doing great career-wise and now i am a notorious criminal who's a3 size photos are shown by the police. I am not sure if you are aware of this as i recently saw the bodyguard of the chandannagar commissioner just talking about it. The bodyguard pointed at me while the commissioner was traveling towards chinsurah p. S. At a marketplace. This proves senior officials are unaware of this incident or never saw my photo.

I was entangled in conspiracy before as well due to the silliness of my own roommates in jadavpur without my knowledge. The leader who gave this "unofficial" punishment to me surely doesn't know me very well. He just talked to some neighbors and got the idea that i have ego and i am mentally unbalanced. It is just like an universal truth that i have aids in trains and buses as they are hearing it for the second time. I cannot go to the chinsurah police station as i don't have the authority to lodge a complaint against the police officers as i just know them by their faces. This is really terrifying when i think of what lengths the police went to in order to malign my face and spread hatred.

My facebook profile picture is also used by my contacts to spread this hate message. Tons of cyber laws are broken. This campaign has crossed all limits, and that is why i am writing this letter to you. I request you to kindly give me a chance to convey my side of the story as i have complete faith in your organization and know that the you'll come up with a definite solution.

The behavior of officer of Naihati Police station is not good. I only call to know if it possible to take any action the about the Jio slow internet speed. But they behave like I made mistake by asking them such questions! The officer misbehave with me in call by insult me without knowing the fact. If he can't help me, they should tell me but he have no right to insult any person.
