I have made payment in Winso via paytm. Payment is successful but order not placed. And my also not refunded because I have made 2times payment....

Lost all my money from my wallet due to some technical glitch in WinZo app, lost money around Rs 20500, now no response from Winzo.

I had withdrawl 1 april .but still not credited. There customer support daily ask your money was refunded in next 24 hours but still after 9 day no response. Before 2 days i diposit money and start playing game but they deducted my money and game not start again i complain but they block my id ....
