I have ordered a woodland shoes for 2481 Rs. As the price decreased I have canceled it to reorder again at low cost. Order ID is OR-3139363. But I didn't get refund. Meanwhile I ordered again same product with cash on delivery. On arrival I didn't accept the order as my previous order refund not credited. Thank god. I didn't lost another 2300. Since 16 days their customer care didn't respond to my call or email

I have ordered another one by COD. But as refund not credited till that time. So I didnt accept the order on arrival. Thank god. Since 16days woodland customer care won't receive call. Also no response for my email also. Very good cheaters. Just avoid woodland.

23/10/2022 & made online payment forbthe
same. I do received your order confirmation
the same day. But there is NO ACTION on
delivery part from your side till date. Are
you interested in getting orders & collecting
money this way or what. I do have taken
legal advice also under whose direction only I am lodging this complaint.

I shall have no option except to take appropriate ACTIONS against your so
called worldwide stores for this online
mischief from your end.

Don't buy from this website first they rob your money. Then send you dirty shoes no return option on their website no refund. Also they do not send any confirmation mail or message. No response from them and delete every comment and message you send them on their social media account....

Received old product. So returned it many days ago.

A week before i had a talk with the customer care and she agreed on giving the refund as I order the item on 10th may and its already near to 1 month .I am having serious issues with this company .now m not able to contact them through customer care number and email.my order number is Or-2228008.

I had purchased 1 set of Woodland Men's Nubuck Leather Sandals from Woodlands Banashankari store on[protected]. At the time of purchase I was very clear telling I have sweat problem and I need sandals that can absorb and suit my purpose.
Woodlands sales person suggested the above model and made me to purchase this and said it would work more than 2 years without problem. They even made me to purchase polish and brush worth Rs. 550/- for maintenance.
After a month the velcro was not functioning and I complained about it to the same store. He initially informed 10 days to repair and gave the repaired one after a month with repeated follow up. It was fine.
Again after 2 months same velcro problem repeated and there was one more crack problem that was noticed on spade leather. I informed the same to your store guy and explained the repeated problem. Again he delayed a month to correct velcro and said nothing will happen to the spade and doesnot crack further.
Now I could see the leather being totally brittle and side broken as shown in the attached photo and the spade developed further cracks.
I went to your store and explained it, & now he claims it is wear and tear problem and doesnot come for warranty. He was very rude at me, which I didnot like. He never answered gently and informed that could replace velcro and do nothing else other than that or throw it away.
This is a very unexpected response from Woodland.

I wrote a mail also to Woodland cutomer care @ [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com & even they have replied that they cannot do anything on this.

I really need a solvation.

I bought a pair of sandle and a pair of shoe from woodland retail showroom (aero club), abids, hyderabad, ap. total cost of items were rs 6190.00. i bought them on 5th june 2015. i made first complaint to woodland on 29 aug 2015 (meaning after 3 month when i bought shoe and sandal).in december-2015, i raise complaint related to shoe.

This is serious problem that big company like woodland looting customer in the name of quality and even after writing multiple e-mails/calls to customer support, we are not getting response at all. this is a second incident, before this also i bought woodland shoe from panjagutta, hyderabad and faced the same quality related problem but i thought that only that item has got issue hence kept quiet. but its not that, woodland have some serious problem in their product quality and feedback i received from many of my contacts.

I need refund of money and i will return then the items bought.
