Buying an office space in WTC Chandigarh with my hard earned money was my first investment, ever. However, the assured monthly returns have been stopped by the company saying that they have ran out of funds. Moreover, the construction progress is almost negligible. 2. They don't disclose the fact that their director is in jail for taking money from customers and not allotting the units:
