After ordering as I was looking for more reviews, I found that many consumers had written complaints for this website stating fake products and nil assistance. This is to inform you that xank.in have successfully fooled one more customer by sending a fake and local china smartwatch which was not even getting power on. The product received is not vapour kw77 smart watch as mentioned in the order. The packing is of cheap quality which clearly indicates it's not worth even a penny. For your better understanding i have attached some of the pics which shows what i have ordered and what i have received....

Ordered a smart watch on october 31st, haven't received the product till date, have tried reaching out to the customer service through phone calls and emails but no response, the website shows product shipped, but the tracking number is not valid. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, if i don't hear from the seller, will continue with the dispute with the credit card company. Please assist....

I have booked a smart watch in online on 14th of aug and delivered on 19th of aug. They have given very low quality watch with no specifications mentioned in the online catalog.

Watch showing charging but not switch and quality also very poor.

I have bought a bluetooth headphone from this website. They had requested me to make videos again and again i have sent more than 3 videos to show my problem with not working of headphone. This website is a scam. It does not has any replacement or refund policy.

When you call them on helpline it does not get connected you have to call like 10 times and there call center executives are too rude and have no idea what's going on.

I received the parcel via blue dart courier on 21st July, when I opened the parcel shocked to see a cheap piece of watch inside. It is not at all the watch which I had ordered.

when i open it i have only watch with no charging cables in box & when i have a look at the watch its battery is slightly full ( fat shape) it seems like battery will going to blown in few minutes . when i try to turn it on. the watch is not responding anything . i can say that xank is cheater they are fraud...

I am ordered a smartwatch from xank.in. after delivery am recognized that the item is differ from what I am ordered. Am contacted them through phone and no response from them. And I mailed them . Then the company says that they deliverd the same product and have no policy to return the delivered item to exchange or refund.. and in the site they told that that has 1yr manufay warranty, and the delivered product has no bill and no guarantee...

I have a seen an advertisement in facebook fom xank.in about wireless earpods showing price 12999 and by 98% they are giving for some 999 (Cash on delivery) if pre paid the price is 699. After one week i got the delivery and the product is damaged as an ear bud is not coming out of it and not at all connecting. I have called them immediately and aske they are saying they need an unboxing vedio... Even i kept a mail to them regaurding this...
