This to inform you that i orderd a smart phone from flipkart from you XONIGHT E-Commerce but it is on hold but i need it in urgent case can you resolve it as soon as possible . i will be thankful to you...

I ahve purchased a smart on Flipkart from this seller
1st they accepted my order and It was going to deliver on the same purchasing date
But they didn't deliver
On very next day they cancelled the order by saying that their Delevery partner has denied to deliver the parcel
So they cancelled my order
Now I have to wait for next 10 day for my refund, That is going to be very though for me, as that phone was...

I ordered a Realme 12 Pro plus from Flipkart through the seller if which was Xonight-commerce They Delayed my order continuously. The Order reached to my Nearest Hub [Bhubaneswar] but the next day it was in Cuttack How it is possible?...

I've ordered it on 20th April 2024 and it is showing that the order will be delivered on 22 April but it is 23 and I don't get my order and when I try to talk to delivery executive, the talk to me two-three times and now the've removed the calling option even though I was very polite with them. My Order ID - OD[protected] till time not received and today exchange delivery executive misbehave. Exchange mobile all ready not any issues but delivery executive not exchange my mobile and demand Rs:-3000/- Rupees.All ready complain no:-IN[protected] but not any response...

Till time product automatically cancelled..

I Was ordered Grey Silver Color but Received is Ice Blue.
Box IMEI NO and Mobile IMEI No not Match.
I was ordered 12Gb ram and 256 GB storage but received 8gb Ram 256 GB storage.
Charger received is 67w but on discription it's 80w charger.

So 4 major difference found in the phone.
So need to replace the same.
Box color is grey but in that mobile is ice blue....

I searched Oppo company's f21s pro 5g mobile on flipkart but on ordering it was changed to f21s pro 4g for technical purpose of flipkart or to confuse the customer.
I have requested to return my mobile through many calls and emails but I have been refused many times citing their wrong policies.
Gave me a lot of mental trouble.
My money should be returned from Flipkart and xonight e commerce company...

I ordered a oppo reno 10 5g on 23 july, the payment has been made prepaid and it was an exchange with my old phone. The phone has yet not been delivered and its still showing order yet to be picked up.
Please look forward into this or i will file a court in case against you....
