i would like inform that i was buy i phoneXS-256GB of RS.25000/- it got issue on hardware from last 1 week and as we discussed with Apple support service centre we got confirmation about hardware issue on WiFi and Bluetooth Grey out in the sense not working(operating) or not connecting

then we decide to register complaint to xtracover.com ([protected]@xtracover.com) they are not able resolving the issue...

Totally damaged product received and not able to give refund . Totally harrasment of customer from xtracover ....

My order id is XC[protected] . I receied a defective phone from xtra cover .When I asked for refund they asked for images and videos of problem.
