I had opted for US VISA slot booking service for them in April 2023. They did not provide me any service till Dec 2023 and when i asked for refund they mentioned some refund policy which they had not spoken about before and when I asked them about the policy they are not replying. He is a scammer, he is using visa booking or unavilablity of appoitments, and He charged me $500 and fully scammed the money. they block you from the customer service and the whatsup number. so you cant even complain or talk to them to refund your money....
