Bydigit Marketing Services — I am complaining about

I was asked to do an online data typing job of filling 1000 form on a course of 10 days with an accuracy rate of 90%. They have send an job agreement with my photo and address stating if the accuracy is below 90% I will have to pay the company 3400₹. So when I started to do the job I found inaccurate information in forms and understood it is fraud, still I finished 998 forms and asked 1 day extension which they stated at starting, I send a mail to extend one day but they didn't reply. Now they are telling the forms are not finished so pay the amount and they are saying about a case and out of court settlment from an Adv. Mane & Associates of Himachal Pradesh - 17500. I understand this is a fraud settlement and job, what should I do.
