My daughter C.Rhema Grace was enrolled in BYJUS last year for online classes and we have paid the fee of RS.1, 40, 000/- [Rupees One Lakh and Forty Thousand] from our hard earned money.
Her 9th standard was started in the month of APRIL 2022 itself. But the online classes in BYJUS was not activated till date, I have given repeated calls and reminders to all the mentors from the month of APRIL 2022 and I even begged them to activate the class. Some of the names I remember are Maria, Divya, Pavithra, Aslum, Pradeep, Jancy, Uma etc. But there is no activation till date. Her 9th standard will be over in the month of February.
Each time when I was making the calls, it would be attended by various persons calling themselves as mentors and they are saying the same words
"we understand your problem; there are some technical issues to activate the online classes; It is our fault only; Give us 2 days time and you will be receiving a mail for activation".
But till date the online classes are not activated.
The service of Byjus is NEGLIGENT and there is DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE.
the Executive Mr.Jason Richard who came initially to canvass us for the enrollment MISREPRESENTED and he made us all to BELIEVE all his MISREPRESENTATIONS and made us to pay RS.1, 40, 000/- [Rupees One Lakh and Forty Thousand] from our hard earned money. He committed BREACH OF TRUST.
When I called his phone no.[protected] on 28.07.2022 he also said that it was their fault and he said within that evening the classes will be activated. But no result. Then whenever we called his number he just would not pick up my call.
Please take notice to activate the online classes immediately without any delay or to return the money I have paid with interest of 2% per annum.
