I am a premium user of Aakash byju's I was told by my councillor that I can return the product and raise a refund and I will definitely get the refund in 2 to 3 days and I can return in 14 days from the date of delivery I have been seeking them since delivery but no one is responding there. I mailed at [protected]@byju's.com 2 times moreover when I got the response in it was written that I will get a call back in 48 hours but after it was 72 hours like 3 days I called them and I told them that I was notified like that I will get the call back and whatever then I was told by the customer care person that they will talk to the higher authorities and they will look into the matter and they will call back in 48 hours but now it's 4 days and I didn't get a call back I got the delivery on 10 April and it will be 14 days on 24 and today is 22 but no one is there who is telling me that they will they will take the return and give me the refund. I am just exhausted by mailing them and calling them again and again everybody say that please keep it and and so on but I said that I want to return this and get a refund they are saying that we will talk to the higher authorities and that all. I was told that the first EMI will be taken after 15 days of delivery. But they took the first EMI of 11000 before delivery.
My counsellor is also not responding.
