Complaint marked as Resolved We approached the representative for cancellation and his name is Vignesh. After we told him about the cancellation he insisted us to pay 2 emi’s. We did as he said. After that we asked him about the cancellation process. He told us that it is completed. But we got emi reminder. We tried approach him but his mobile is turned off from that moment. We approached a female staff in finance department of byjus who helped us in getting the course. But she is also doing the same. She is not at all responding. We even visited branch in Chennai. For the first moment they said they will help us in the process. But after that they are like we are not responsible for that, they said we have to contact through call. We did that too. Me and my brother raised a query multiple times. Every time they are like within 24 hours byjus customer service will contact you. But till now we didn’t get any type of response from byjus. We had conversation with avance team. They are demanding us to pay the emi’s. we clearly told to them that we didn’t even attend classes properly, then how can we pay the amount. But their response is we have to pay the amount.
