Byjus — Additional payment debited through Think And Learn Pvt Ltd auto debit mandate

I purchased course for my daughter and payment had done by EMIs.But additional amount of 10000 has been auto debited from my account, through Think And Learn Pvt Ltd auto debit mandate.
Once payment done for purchased product, then why 10000 deducted again.
I talked to customer care but no satisfactory answers got from them.

When full EMI payments done auto debit mandate should be cancel .

And no one taking it serious issue.
I talked to customer care but no satisfactory answers got from them.
