I Mr.Santhosh Kumar P V, F/O Shreyank, this is inform you that I have received the callas from Byjus staff regarding offline tutorial class to my children and they have asked me to come down nagasandra Byjus tution centre, as per this I have visited Byjus tutorial Nagasandra Bangalore on 31-Jul-2022, and Bijuys representatives interacted and assured that there will be a 4 offline classes and also additionally 2 is optional offline class will be conducted for student and all the Class 4th academic syllabus will be covered by the Byjus teaching staff, later they ask me to take subscription to 3 years which cost Rs.101000/- and if you are not satisfied with this class then within 15 days you can go for cancellation and you will get 100% Refund as per Byjus refund policy and same conditions will be mentioned in the fee receipt also (and also shown the refund policy in their website i.e. https://byjus.com/btc/refund-policy/ .
By trusting the Byjusmarketing staff words, I have made full ONE LAKH ONE THOUSAND RUPEES, later they asked me to come on 07/08/2022(Sunday) for orientation class. I have attended the orientation class on said date and I came to know from centre coordinators that there will be only 2 offline class and also only MATH AND SINCE subject will be covered, so I understood the truth and also about false assurance of your marketing team, I refuse to take the study material kit including Lenovo Tab and immediately filled the Refund application and also requested for Refund my entire amount as per their refund policy.
I have received many calls from Byjus cancellation team and try to convince me by giving more cash back offers, but I clearly told them to cancel and refund my full amount, then they have put the condition that unless they get the feedback from my kid they cannot process my refund, later I have arranged the call from my Kid and given the feedback also and the cancellation team was assured that they will process my cancellation and refund my amount.
I have been waiting from more than 30 days and keep calling the cancellation department and again and again they are telling that our team leader will call back, after receiving the call back from Byjusmanagers and they were literally torturing me by asking all the stories from the beginning, after listening all stories they are saying that our Sr.Manager will call you, and whenever I received the calls from your Sr.Manager they all keep saying that they will process it. I am really fed up with this kind of process and just passing the days and also some time they are saying that we have not received the course product (i.e Books & Tab) itself from Byjuscentre Nagasandra Bangalore and when I called to nagasandra ByjusBranch they are telling we have sent the product long back and they are just passing the time, infect i have not received any of the byjus product, not even single paper also.
Now a day’s when I called to Byjus customer care (i.e [protected]) number I am frequently getting improper & also rude answers and some time we don’t have proper details with in 24 hrs we will get back to you and then they keep the telephone.
I am very much afraid and it is my heard earn money which is kept reserved for my children education purposes.
I am requesting the concerned authorities to take a needful action and help me to get my money refund ASAP...
