I have already applied for Cancellation Of Course within 15 days as per cancellation policy, But Still It Was Not Closed and whenever making calls to customer care always same answer will arrange a call but no call at all.
I have sent a mail also on [protected]@byjus.com id but received response "We have raised a priority request with the concerned department regarding your concern and they will resolve the same at the earliest" but nothing happens. Was this information helpful? |
