2 month back a sale person named vamnshith ([protected], [protected]) came to my house to sell the product of byjus. That time he convinced us to purchase the product and took details of credit card to make EMI. Also assured that amount will refund within 15 days if you don’t want to go ahead. Next day my kids told not interested to additional tuition (byjus) but want to join other extracurricular activity. Quoting the same reason I requested him to stop payment. But still he proceeded for payment. Later he told to not receive products and you will receive refund. So we didn’t received the products and return through the same courier. But still nothing is done for my amount refund. Later he asked to mail the for the same to : [protected]@byjus.com; vamshith.[protected]@byjus.com; [protected]@byjus.com . But replied that concerned senior manger will call within 24 hours. But no response from the concern team. And asked to contact +91-[protected]. This number for any query. Whenever I call to this number (daily) the response is same: ‘account manger will call you within 8 pm today’ but till now I have not received any call back.
I don’t have their products as it is returned.
My 8 years byjus tuition fees are taken by company.
I wanted money for my personal use and for my kids extracurricular / sports training fees which I am facing difficulties and financial crunch.
