[Resolved]  Byju's — Batch Change

I requested BYJU'S to change my batch but after several emails and calls to the support team the work isn't done yet.
The request was made last week but the company is postpending the complain.

After this, there senior product expert contacted me and the issues were resolved in just 1-2 days.. and after this I have no complain with BYJU'S.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
