Btc course with offline class was sold to me for my daughter Vanya. It was promised that at any point of time, offline class can be cancelled and refund will be processed. Within 15 days of purchase of course, I applied for cancellation of offline class at BTC center thane because of non feasibility of attending offline class. My daughter Vanya has not attended a single offline class. I have contacted many times. But no action taken. I hopefully request for cancellation of offline class and refund my money.
