Byju's — Byjus Byjus Not Cancelling the course within 15 trial days and not refunding the amount

Hi Sir,
I want to cancel the Byjus package. we have started cancellation processed within 15 days but still, they are not canceling the package. It falls within 15 days as per the byjus cancellation policy.
The mentor Sakshi Karmankar Byjus forced us to buy the package but now she is not accepting our phone calls. Also Called customer care innumerable times and they say "please wait for the call back" that's all.

Please help me Cancel the Byjus package and refund my amount.

Updated by Ashwini veer From last 5 days we got same reply your cancellation request transferred to local Pune byju's office, but yet didn' t get any reply from byju's Pune office.
