I have sent a request for cancellation process within 15 days of trial period, but no one has responded except the automated mail. Even the number mentioned in the automated mail is not responding for my request when I called to them.
Almost 8 days before sent an email for cancellation but still no response. The person forced us to use the trial period is also not responding properly, still asking 1 or two days time for speaking with customer care person. Was this information helpful? |
