Byju's — Byju's Cancellation of subscription

My father brought byjus which was sold by a seller for my sister without even telling me now he is in a debt of the loan and the service which we don't use it's been one month and we are not in the financial condition to pay it. I want to stop their service and want refund and stop the amount being deducted
