Hello,
This is regarding the cancellation of the subscription of Byju's LKG grade course.
I took BYJUs trial program on 10th April and got the kit on 13th April. My kid was not showing any interest. So, the counsellor convinced us to take the trial of 5000 rupees and told us we can cancel it. He set up the EMI of 51000 rupees which will be auto-debit from June. He told us it is required at that time and we can cancel it anytime during the course or before June, So no amount will be deducted.
When I called customer care to cancel the subscription she completely denied it.
I called the counsellors, one said he left the company and the second one said we will help me. He will cancel it by sending an email to higher management.
I followed up with him the second day and he again assured me he will do it by tomorrow evening. After 4 days he stopped responding to my messages and did not pick up the calls.
We called the corporate team and they said that it will be cancelled by customer care only. So we should keep calling customer care again and again for cancellation.
Customer care is not helpful and they are completely denying the cancellation. When we again called the corporate team they blocked our numbers.
After 4 days there is no response to any email and the program is still not cancelled.
It is a complete fraud with us. Please help us and cancel the BYJUs subscription. We don't want a refund. But we don't want to pay any EMI as well.
