I purchased byjus IAS tablet course product 3 months before and they promised me to provide mentorship program according to my requirements.But till today there is no response from their side.I was asking for malayali mentor from last 2 weeks bt the coordinator Ishara was not responding.Then I put a request for cancellation of course, they called me and said there is no option for cancellation because its been 3 months.I had to give my details each time I call to coustomer care and they all have different answers for my course cancellation request, some say it is possible to cancel and they will put on a request for that, some says that I am not even their coustomer, they can't find my details in the system.Its been a 7, 8 days. In beginning coordinator told me that you can drop the course if you are not satisfied with it, but now they are not cancelling it.I am not satisfied with their service and not able to pay 8417 rupees per month.But they told me the amount is already prepaid and I have to pay this amount every month.I don't want to deduct any amount from my account from next month onwards.So I am cancelling the course and i request to refund my money ASAP.
