We had been contacted for a Scholarship programme from Byjus and had opted for learning programme. We had written to [protected]@byjus.com within 15 days of opting for it on Oct 5th. Even after mutiple follow ups we are not receiving any calls. On oct 14th we had received a call from Senior Manager Kiran kumar and had spoken with him for 30 mins and clearly communicated that we wanted to return the materials and proceed with the cancellation. He had mentioned that Byju's Field engineer will give a call back within 48 hours to proceed with the cancellation process further but we have never received anycalls from that time onwards. We are following up mutiple times in a day to just hear from Customer care that will get a call back within 8 pm on the same day. The student councellor who came for initial session was not picking any calls. How long will Byju's team take to resolve this?
