We agreed to try the trial period of time for a month Byjus subscription for my son 8th standard. With in the period of trial time we decided to cancel the subscription but byjus does not showing interest to cancel and keep giving counselling for us and dragging and irritating to asking again and again "what is the reason for the cancellation?". It is just killing our time and getting more irritation to answer everyone about the same reason and at the end not cancelling the subscription till now.
