I was a student of Byjus IAS 2022 program BHLP 2022. I paid all my subscription fees for this course. They provided my books and a tablet also. Tablet was locked by Byju's with an application scalefusion.
My Byju's subscription is expired inDecember 2022. After that I requested them to unlock the tablet, so that I will get complete control over that tablet. I called their Costumer care number, I emailed them.
But still none of them called me to unlock the tablet. It's been 3 days, I am in Kuwait, and I am calling from my Kuwait registered mobile number (+[protected]. I need to pay for each minute. But even after that they are not giving me the password, or they are not unlocking the tablet.
Please consider this request and seeking compensation for the effort and financial burden I had due to this situation.

Whenever I called them, I asked them to call my Interntional number, But got no reply.
Can I go directly to court? or Can I file petition through online?
