Hi Byju's Team,
We had opted for Byju's learning programme and the product was delivered on Sep 21. There was a 15 day trial period and also Byju's had promised that it can be returned back within 15 days or any time during the course if we are not satisfied.
We had written to Byju's team for Cancellation at [protected]@byjus.com and had got the cancellation request no. as 40125623. We also had registered the cancellation request with Customer care compliant No. +91-[protected].
From that time onwards, (Oct 5th) we are getting a constant response that a Senior manager from Byju's will give a call within 8 pm of the same day. We did not receive any calls from Byju's. Everyday we keep calling multiple times but the response is repeated for everyday but we are not getting any calls.
We had also written to [protected]@byjus.com where we get the similar response telling that we will get a call within 24 hours. The same response we are receiving for past 9 days through email as well. We had not received any calls from Byju's team.
We would request to get the programme cancelled, and refund of the paid amount as promised by Byju's. Was this information helpful? |
