Through this mail I want to cancel the subscription of my daughter preety gour as per
the policy of 15 day cancellation period from the date of delivery program
I informed mantor and your counselor as well but not getting any proper
response so writing mail here
reasons are given below:-
1. As per commitment mentor support is Nil.
2. No live classes scheduled as well which have given us on joining time
3. My sister is not taking interest in Program due to lack of doubt solving by
byjus.
4. Syllabus is Different from coaching Syllabus.
5. And I'm also not satisfied with a program which is more helpful than
tuition.
6. Monthly EMI is very heavy for me, I can't afford this much.
7. more important u guys never care about customer satisfaction at all
I request to you please cancel my program immediately and effectively
from today, and initiate the refund in my account that given below and
closed the loan byjus Mera loan cancel nahi kar rhe hai na hi koi reply karte hai yh last warning hai meri trfh se ab m consumer court mai complaint karunga orr byju's ko legal notice send karunga pareshan kar rakha hai civil kharab kar Diya mera pura hi na responce karte hai fraud hai sare log customer support mentor all of byju's staff
