Complaint marked as Resolved i am astonished to see that despite the request for cancellation of the product and confirmation by Byjus the EMI has been deducted from my account.
Seems the entire team is fraud and they are just there to deceive and extract money from the end customer. There is absolutely no process system at the Byjus end. You just keep calling them and every new person on the phone call would keep giving you assurance of the resolution but they would do, what they have to do ..take money ..that's all.
IS THIS IS HOW THE COMPLAINTS ARE GETTING RESOLVED ??
If it doesn't get resolved immediately, am going to file a police complaint now.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
