We request you to Cancel our enrolment in byjus immediately. Also, send cancellation confirmation to the finance team.
I was forced to avail the Biju’s Product educational product on Feb 2021 for my son, for +1, +2 JEE offline class.
Marketing Executive(“Rafik”) pushed me and psychologically manipulated my wife saying an offer of Rs.5000/- with immediate enrolment, without giving time for thinking. He not even explained the cancellation policy and taken the sign-in papers, went off. He hardly spent 30 minutes, his focus was on collecting the money and dump the product on innocent parents like me.
We already paid our full instalment from March 2021 to February 2022. 7000.00 Rs per month through EMI.
Also, we enrolled for online from April 2022. And forced to pay Rs. 5000 for first instalment and remaining amount as EMI (3750.00 Rs / month).
During our offline class we didn’t get proper calls from mentor and mentor was changed multiple time and can’t reach any one them for clarifications.

Byjus marketing person didn't explain anything about cancellation policy.
We are calling the marketing person Rafik many times but there is no response.
