Information said by BYJUS representative and customer care service is different of study course after payment of initial amount. Byjus representative said cancellation can done by one month customer care service says by 15 days. BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 07, 2022 Updated by santoshkothaplli Still today no response and loan department is harassing me i[censored] not pay the EMI penalty amount comes and ur creditscore damages.BYJUS company customercare service department is disconnecting the call or not lifting the call. Please kindly help me
