Byjus — Cancellation and refund issue

Myself manish khaleri .i purchased a course on[protected] . i paid 5000 rs amount and remaining 68000 rs amount gave through emi and my product order was done on[protected] at 6 am . i cancel the order at 11 am on[protected] . but there is neither any action taken by byjus nor any call from byjus so please refund my amount and cancel emi. also cancel my order.
