Byju's — Cancellation and refund issue

I decided to cancel my daughter Byjus course order and iam requesting to Byjus team, for cancellation and refund the amount. As per Byjus team informed me, within 14 days I can cancel the order if you don't want interest. But they are not cancelling my order and delaying time for discussion with mentors.
