Byju's — Cancellation and refund process

As I above mentioned I took this educational package for my sister in which she is studying in 10th grade as mentioned about company policies I have cancelled course within 15 days but it been almost 2 months that the are not responding hence I have paid my 2 emi ..totally byjus is scamming in name of education ...plz help me out to get my refund...the only number they have provided in website of executives ...but they are stick on to one word called ..they will call at end of the day
