Byju's — Cancellation and Refund, Use of Abusive words

I am the Guardian of the Student name Sana (6th Grade). She is my Niece. Kaviya Bathula from BYJU called me continuously for 3 days to register with BYJU for her online classes by convincing us that there is an offer which is going to be closed by today. I paid 10k for Registration and 42k for Online classes believing her words that this can be cancelled within 14 days and amount will be refunded if we don't like the training sessions. Nagamani (Mentor) called me and provided few details about BYJU few days before the online class start, confimed me about the Think and Learn app installed at the device which Sana is going to be used. (Please note that We didn't get nay Tablet device from BYJU). I reported that her profile in BYJU app shows as Sana is an ICSE Student, but Sana is an IGCSE Student. She told me that Syllables get matched, not to worry. Then she confirmed few other details about her timings and Subjects. First Online Class started on 25th Sep 2023, within a week we found that whatever BYJU teaches Sana not matching with her Syllables. So we asked Sana to stop attending the classes. We tried contacting Kaviya Bathula, since we had her number only with us, but she didn't answer the calls. So we dropped her a mail about Cancelling the registration on 09th Oct 2023, since she promised that this can be cancelled within 14 days. Since we didn't get any response for the mail as well, we explored in Google and got the Cancellation mail id [protected]@byjus.com on 11th Oct 2023. Till now, we didn't good response about Cancellation from BYJU. We got few calls from Mentors, convincing us to mapping Sana to IGCSE syllables, but I denied that and strongly asked for the Cancellation. Then we tried contacting Customer Care from BYJU many times, the respond I got was, :the ticket has been raised, it has been escalated from my side, It will be dealt within 27 hours". Yesterday, Mani Kandan, Senior Manager in BYJU's Bangalore, contacting me and collating all the details. Today he called me and telling me that since the mail to Cancellation mail id sent after a 14 days from the first class, Cancellation is not possible. When I try to explain about our concerns, he didn't listen to my words and behaving rudely by using Abusive Words. When I address him SIR, he was using the words in Tamil "AMAIDHIYA IRU PA, AMAIDHIYA IRU PA" and not letting me talk.

When I check at their website, if we go for Cancellation within 60 days, partial amount can be refunded. Please refer below site

I want to register a complaint against BYJU for not cancelling my registration and
a complaint against Manikandan for using abusive words and not treating Customers in a Good Manner and cheating and fooling the Customers by hiding the partial amount refund policy information.

Please help us fixing this.
